摘　　要：以笔记本电脑外壳件为例,针对复杂塑料薄壳件的典型零件,从塑件原材料及塑件壁厚、脱模斜度、凹孔、凸台、卡扣等方面展开工艺分析,然后进行结构优化及工艺设计,从而获得较好的制品结构,生产出更优质的产品,分析方法及工艺设计对复杂塑料薄壳件的生产有一定的借鉴作用。The outer shell of the notebook computer case,for the typical parts of complex plastic shell,analysis of the process from the plastic raw materials and plastic parts wall thickness,taper,concave hole,convex buckle,etc.,and to optimize the structure and process design,so as to gain a better product structure,produce more analysis of quality products,production method and process design of complex plastic shell has a certain reference.
