社会主要矛盾转化与人民群众获得感探究--学习贯彻党的十九大精神

摘　　要：获得感是一个极具中国特色的概念,其实质是人们在得到与收获后产生的感知与心理状态。十九大报告做出重大判断,中国社会主要矛盾已经转化,群众获得感必定会随着对美好生活需求日益增长与转化而发生变化。必须直面社会主要矛盾变化新要求,围绕主要矛盾转化推进供给侧改革,着力解决发展的不充分问题,有效提高人民的获得感;补齐民生短板,促进民生福祉持续增加,增加人民获得感;以公平、正义、民主、法治保障人民获得感持续增加;最大程度解决发展的不平衡,在共建共享、共同富裕中提升群众获得感。“Huo-De-Gan”is a concept with Chinese characteristics,the essence of which is the perceptional and psychological state of people after getting and obtaining.“Huo-De-Gan”is bound to change as the demand for a better life grows.We must face new requirements of the principal contradiction,push forward supply-side reform with the transformation of principal contradiction,work hard to solve the problems of insufficient development,and effectively help people feel more satisfied.We should make up for the shortcomings in people’s livelihood,promote a sustained increase in democratic welfare and a greater sense of people’s gain.We should ensure people feel more satisfied by means of fairness,justice,democracy and the rule of law.We should try our best to redress the imbalance in development and help people feel more satisfied in an atmosphere of common construction,sharing and prosperity.
