一例藏獒会阴部基底细胞瘤的病理学诊断

摘　　要：将一例藏獒会阴部皮下肿物经常规病理学制片,镜检发现:皮下有境界清楚的基底细胞样肿瘤团块,团块有完整的结缔组织包裹。肿瘤细胞大小形态一致,未见细胞核分裂像。经细胞组织学形态诊断为基底细胞,是临床较常见的低度恶性肿瘤。治疗以手术扩大切除为主。In this experiment,a case of Tibetan mastiff perineum subcutaneous tumor was made by routine pathology.Microscopic examination showed that there were basal cell-like tumor masses with clear boundary and complete connective tissue.The size and shape of tumor cells were the same and no nuclear division was found.The cells were diagnosed as basal cells by histological morphology.It is a common low grade malignant tumor in clinic.Surgical excision was the main treatment.
