摘 要:基于传动效率台架试验,对双离合器式自动变速器(dual clutch transmission,DCT)传动效率影响因素的进行分析,对离合器主油压、润滑油量和差速器挡油板3个因素进行试验,验证其对传动效率的影响。试验结果表明:适当降低离合器主油压,有利于提高传动效率;适当减小润滑油油量,有利于提高传动效率;增加差速器挡油板,有利于提高传动效率。本试验结果可为双离合器式自动变速器传动效率的提升提供依据。On transmission efficiency platform test,the influence of the main oil pressure of clutch,the amount of lubricating oil and differential oil baffle on transmission efficiency were tested and validated,and we analyzedthe factors affecting the transmission efficiency of the dual clutch transmission(DCT).The experimental results show that reducing the main oil pressure of the clutch and decreasing the amount of lubricating oil properly and installing differential oil baffle are conducive to improve transmission efficiency.It provided the basis for improving transmission efficiency of DCT and engineering application.
