摘  要:以Al_2O_3作为载体,采用阴离子浸渍法和等体积浸渍法制备负载型金-银双金属催化剂,并使用固定床反应器考察在低温条件下,不同的焙烧温度、还原温度等对催化剂尾氯催化脱氢性能的影响。结果表明,Au-Ag双金属催化剂的最佳制备条件为:Au负载量为0.4%,Ag负载量为0.7%,制备的Au-Ag/Al_2O_3催化剂在反应温度为100℃时,脱氢的氢气转化率达94.58%,氢氧反应选择性达59.28%.Supported catalysts Au-Ag/Al 2O 3 were made by anion impregnation method and incipient-wetness impregnation method.The catalytic dehydrogenate performance of the catalysts in tail chlorine was measured by a fixed bed reactor at low temperature.The experiment exploited the influence of calcination temperature,reduction temperature and reaction temperature on the performance of catalytic dehydrogenation of tail chlorine.The results show that the hydrogen conversion was 94.58%and selectivity of hydrogen-oxygen reaction was 59.28%when the reaction temperature was 100℃and the Au-Ag loading was 0.4%~0.7%.
