摘　　要：阐述行政管理现代化的内容,同时提出了行政管理现代与政治现代化之间的关系:政治现代化为行政管理现代化提供支撑作用,行政管理现代化促进政治现代化发展。论述行政管理现代化与政治现代化之间的相互影响,以期为研究人员提供参考。Expounds the content of the modernization of administrative management.At the same time,also put forward the relationship between the modern administration and the political modernization.On the one hand,the political modernization will provide support for the modernization of administrative management;on the other hand,the modernization of administrative management promotes the development of political modernization.Discussing the mutual influence between the administration modernization and the political modernization,we can provide some reference for the researchers.
