摘 要:以钢爪摩擦焊机主轴箱体作为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench对箱体进行灵敏度分析,从而找出对箱体应变的敏感参数。结合数学方法在敏感参数与应变之间建立数学关系,在保证主轴箱质量增加最小的前提下以主轴箱应变量最小为设计目标,进行多维参数共同设计。最终设计方案结果,主轴箱与初始设计方案相比较,在质量只增加1.45%的情况下,最大应变减小了18.33%,且应变已达到摩擦焊机设计初步要求。In this paper,the spindle box of steel claw friction welding machine as the object of study,using ANSYS Workbench sensitivity analysis to find the sensitive parameters for the box strain.Then based on the mathematical method,the mathematic relation between the sensitive parameter and the strain is established.Multi-dimensional parameters are designed together for premising targets that the mass and strain of box are minimum together.As a result,the strain is reduced by 18.33%and the mass is only increased by 1.45%compared with the original design,which has reached the design requirements of friction welding machine.
