摘　　要：沈阳市新一版城市总体规划提出建设东北亚装备智能制造中心的目标。为科学规划开发区的产业空间布局,形成布局合理、错位发展、功能协调的全市开发区发展新格局,引导优势项目、企业和资源向开发区集聚,形成开发区新的聚集效应和增长动能,本论文对全市12个千亿产业链、32个试点示范称号(政策区)、16个省级以上开发区的空间耦合分析,将全市产业空间划定为60个产业功能区。The new version of Shenyang city master plan put forward the goal of building intelligent manufacturing center of northeast Asia equipment.In order to scientifically plan the industrial spatial layout of the development zone,a new layout of the city's development zone with rational layout,dislocation development and function coordination will be formed and the advantageous projects,enterprises and resources will be led to the development zone to form a new gathering effect and growth momentum of the development zone.This thesis analyzes the spatial coupling analysis of 12 billion industrial chains,32 pilot demonstration titles(policy area)and 16 development zones above the provincial level,and defines the industrial space in the city as 60 industrial functional areas.
