摘　　要：我国已经基本实现小康社会,人民生活水平得到"飞跃式"提高,正在朝着全面小康和社会主义现代化社会稳步前进。十九大报告指出,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,物业管理与人们生活、工作的环境紧密相关,无疑在美好生活的实现上扮演了相当重要的角色。China has basically realized a well-off society,people's living standard have a leaping improvement,we are moving steadily towards an overall well-off and modernized society.The 19th CPC National Congress report pointed out that Chinese socialism entered a new era,the main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs for good lives of people and the unbalanced and inadequately developed.Property management is closely related to the environment of people's life and work,it plays a very important role in the realization of a better life undoubtedly.
