摘 要:振动和声发射信号是两种比较理想的刀具状态监测信号,本文采用正交试验方法在不同工艺条件下对Ti6Al4V进行切削加工,采集振动和声发射信号并提取其均方根值,通过极差分析等方法研究切削参数和刀具磨损对信号的影响规律,结果表明:在本研究切削用量范围内,即71m/min≤v_c≤109m/min、0.09mm≤f≤0.13mm、0.6mm≤a_p≤1.0mm,对于振动信号,可以通过提高切削速度,减小进给速度和切削深度来减小振动;对于声发射信号,提高切削速度、增大切削深度和进给速度都会导致声发射信号的加强,而刀具磨损量的增加使得声发射信号减弱。Vibration and Acoustic Emission(AE)signals are two ideal tool condition monitoring signals.In this paper,the orthogonal tests under different turning conditions are conducted and the vibration and AE signals are collected and the root mean square(RMS)values of the signals are extracted.The influence law of the cutting parameters and tool wear on the vibration and AE signals is investigated by using the range analysis.The results show that the vibration signal can be reduced by increasing cutting speed,decreasing feed rate and depth of cut in the range of cutting parameters(71m/min≤vc≤109m/min,0.09mm≤f≤0.13mm,0.6mm≤ap≤1.0mm)and that the AE signal is strengthened with the increase of the cutting speed,the cutting depth and the feed speed and it is weakened with the increase of the tool wear.
