摘 要:在进行渝黔项目隧道施工时,为了降低施工成本及减少隧道弃碴对当地环境的影响,拟采用隧道掘进的岩石自制机制砂配备隧道初支的喷射混凝土。因机制砂与天然砂在性能方面存在很大差异,天然砂喷射混凝土的配合比设计理论和经验在进行机制砂喷射混凝土配合比设计时难以起到借鉴作用。本文通过一系列的试验研究,分析总结了配合比中各参数变化对机制砂喷射混凝土性能的影响规律,从而设计出了符合规范及施工要求的施工现场机制砂喷射混凝土的配合比,对机制砂在喷射混凝土中的推广和使用起到一定的借鉴作用。In the construction of tunnel in Yu-Qian project,in order to reduce the construction cost and reduce the impact of tunnel ballast on the local environment,it is proposed to use tunnel self-made sand for tunneling with the shotcrete of the first branch of the tunnel.Due to the great difference in the performance between the machine-made and the natural sand,the design theory and experience of the mix design of the natural sand shotcrete hardly play a role in reference when designing the mix proportion of the sand-fired shotcrete.In this paper,a series of experimental studies were conducted to analyze and summarize the influence of various parameters in the mix ratio on the performance of shotcrete.The mix proportion of machine shotcrete in construction site that meets the specifications and construction requirements was designed,which can provide reference for promotion and use of mechanical sand in shotcrete.
