摘　　要：近年来,因对失独群体利益诉求的满足程度有限,失独群体的信访维权事件日益增多。失独群体的利益诉求与政府部门满足程度存在的差距,反映出政府部门对失独群体诉求的回应能力不强。了解失独群体的利益诉求,加强政府部门的回应能力建设,是满足失独群体合理利益诉求,实现社会和谐稳定的重要举措。In recent years,because the satisfaction of the group who have lost their only child is limited,there is an increasing number of petitioning activities from this group.The distance between the appeals of the group who have lost their only child and government's response to their demands reflects that the government has weak ability of responding to the appeals of this group.To understand the appeals of the group and strengthen the government's responding ability is an important measure to meet the interests of the group who have lost their only child and the demands of social harmony and stability.
