摘　　要：林业种苗管理措施及生产技术会涉及多方条件要素,我们在进行林业种苗管理工作时要切实从其所涉及的工作方面进行分析,如信息获取渠道、资金问题和人才问题等,并根据其内外问题的产生原因进行细化分析,最终找出切实可行的解决方案。如,加大政府的扶持力度、构建信息化的沟通渠道建设以及人才的培养。唯有从根本上进行解决,才能真正推动林业种苗管理工作质量和生产技术水平的提高。Forestry seedlings management practices and the production technology conditions will involve multiple elements,we in the management of forestry seedlings to concrete is analyzed from the aspects of the work involved,such as access to information,capital and personnel issues,etc.,and according to its reasons detailed analysis of internal and external problems,finally find out the feasible solution.For example,strengthen the government's support,build the informationized communication channel construction and personnel training.Only from the root of the solution can we really promote the quality of forest seedling management and the improvement of production technology.
