摘  要:DWL-48型连续式捣稳车具有作业速度快、精度高等特点,但对于作业过程中的故障不能实现智能诊断,现场维护难度极大。本文针对此车型研制了一套作业状态在线监控系统,以AVR单片机为主处理器建立模拟信号处理平台,并以FPGA为主处理器建立程控信号处理平台。FPGA主机板、下位主机板、操作控制箱三者之间通过CAN总线实现通讯连接。采用故障树诊断模型,对故障进行在线分析,实现故障精准定位,并在人机交互平台上显示故障结果,方便现场人员快速维护。现场应用表明,该系统操作方便,稳定性好,可以有效预防因捣稳车电气故障导致的危害。DWL-48 continuous tamping-stabilizing machine has the characteristics of high operation speed and high precision,but cannot realize the intelligent diagnosis for the fault in the operation process and has great diff iculties in site maintenance.In this paper,a set of operation status on-line monitoring system was developed for this type of machine,which takes AVR single chip microcomputer as the main processor to establish analog signal processing platform,and takes FPGA as the main processor to establish programmable signal processing platform.FPGA host board,the lower host board and operating control box were connected through the CAN bus to realize the communication connection.The fault tree diagnosis model was used to analyze the fault on line and realize the accurate location of the fault,and the fault results were displayed on the human-computer interaction platform,which facilitates the rapid maintenance of the site personnel.The f ield application shows that the system is easy to operate and has good stability,which could effectively prevent the damage caused by the electric fault of tamping-stabilizing machine.
