摘 要:从燃油采暖系统研制的必要性、设计要求、技术方案、系统安装和测试5个方面详细介绍了轨道车燃油采暖系统。该系统采用轨道车室内内循环的方式,通过燃油加热器加热室内空气,实现轨道车全天候、低噪音、长时间不间断地供暖。与传统的煤炉或发电机+空调的采暖方式相比,该系统具有取暖效果好、热量大、耗电少、耗油少、安全可靠等特点,同时增加了轨道车冬季室内温度自动控制功能。该系统已分别于2014年冬和2015年冬在阎良工务段、延安工务段和绥德工务段进行了试验和试用,结果显示该系统满足我国北方地区轨道车冬季采暖需求。The fuel heating system for track cars was introduced in detail from f ive aspects including the necessity,design requirements,technical scheme,system installation and test of the fuel heating system development.The system adopts the indoor interior circulation mode of the track car,heats the indoor air through a fuel heater,realizes the all-weather,low noise and long uninterrupted heating of the track car.Compared with the traditional heating mode of coal stove or alternator+air conditioning,the system has many advantages,such as good heating effect,high quantity of heat,less power consumption,less oil consumption,safety and reliability,and has the automatic control function of winter indoor temperature in track car.The system has been tested and tried in the Yanliang work section,the Yan an work section and the Suide work section respectively in the winter of 2014 and 2015,which indicates that the system could meet the winter heating requirements of track cars in the north of China.
