摘　　要：对新设计的中速柴油机灰铁机体进行铸造工艺方案设计,并通过MAGMA数值模拟软件对工艺进行模拟和优化,确定最终工艺方案。通过小批量生产验证,并通过三维扫描仪测量铸件轮廓尺寸,结果证明了该工艺方案的可行性,为今后类似铸件的铸造工艺开发提供一定的参考。The casting process for gray iron cylinder block ofthe newly designed medium-speed diesel has beendesigned.The process has been simulated and optimized by use of MAGMA numerical simulation software.The final technical process proposal has been confirmed.Through the small batch production verification and measurement of the casting outline size via 3D scanner,the feasibility of the process proposal has been proved.It provides reference for the development of casting process for similar casting in the future.
