摘　　要：离心机生产球铁比较困难,生产厚大断面球铁更难控制。通过对目标铸件的分析,设定合理的生产工艺,对熔炼、球化、孕育、冷却等工艺进行优化,生产出合格的厚大断面(δ>90mm)球铁铸件。It is much difficult for the centrifuge to produce ductile iron,especially for large section ductile iron.By analysis of the target castings,a reasonable production process has been set up to optimize the melting,spheroidization,inoculation,cooling and other processin order to produce qualified ductile iron castings with large section(δ>90mm).
