摘  要:针对电动客车中电动机冷却水道砂芯呈螺旋圆环状的情况,砂芯制作分成两个半圆弧组合而成,降低模具复杂程度和出芯难度,并设计相应的芯盒模具加热工艺方案和排气方案,采用带有压力传感器检测的新型排气方式,提高砂芯的合格率并实现水冷电动机壳低压铸造批量生产。Aiming at the helical annular shape of the cooling water channel for the motor in the electric passenger car,the sand core has been divided into two semicircular arcs to reduce the complexity of the mold and the difficulty of core removal.The corresponding heating process and exhaust solution for the core box mold have been designed,which uses a new type of exhaust mode with pressure sensor detection.Thus in this way,the qualified rate of sand core has been improved and the batch production of low-pressure casting of water-cooled motor shell has been realized.
