摘　　要：糖尿病发病率在我国呈逐年上升趋势,而其所诱导的男性勃起功能障碍是其常见并发症之一,其发病机制包括了神经、血管、内皮细胞、内分泌等多方面的改变。糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的治疗需要社会、心理、病理等多方面的综合治疗。迄今为止,由于对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的机制未完全清楚,因此其治疗手段也呈现多样化。本文就针对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的流行病学、发病机制、治疗手段等进行综述。The incidence of diabetes mellitus is increasing year by year in China,and the male erectile dysfunction(ED)is one of the common complications.The pathogenesis includes nerve,blood vessel,endothelium,incretion and other aspects.The treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction needs social,psychological,pathological and other aspects of comprehensive treatment.So far,the treatment options for diabetic erectile dysfunction are not fully understood,and their treatment options are diverse.This article reviewed the epidemiology,pathogenesis and treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction.
