经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗良性前列腺增生对性功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗良性前列腺增生对性功能影响。方法:选自我院于2014年9月至2016年9月期间收治的良性前列腺增生患者90例。按照随机数字表法分为观察组45例与对照组45例。对照组采用前列腺经尿道术治疗,观察组采用经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗。结果:观察组手术时间、冲洗时间、术后拔尿管时间及住院时间优于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组术后3个月和术后6个月Q_max增加,而IPSS评分降低,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月和术后6个月Q_max高于对照组而IPSS评分低于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组术后3个月和术后6个月IIEF25评分降低,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月和术后6个月IIEF25评分低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组性欲减退和阴茎勃起功能障碍发生率低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗良性前列腺增生效果明显,且对患者性功能影响小。Objectives:To investigate the effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:90 BPH patients were selected from our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 45 cases.The control group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate,while the observation group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate.Results:The operation time,extubation time,postoperative washing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after operation,the Qmax increased and the IPSS score decreased in the both groups,more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).At both 3 month and 6 months after operation,the IIEF25 score decreased in both groups with statically significant difference(P<0.05),more significant in the observation group with statically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of libido and erectile dysfunction in the observation group was lower than the control group,with statically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate is effective for BPH patients,with little effect on sexual function.
