摘　　要：目的:探讨宫血宁胶囊联合补佳乐治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效及对子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2016年12月于我院就诊的青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组50例与对照组50例,对照组单独采用补佳乐,观察组在对照组的基础上联用宫血宁胶囊,比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为98.00%(49例),明显较对照组总有效率88.00%(44例)高,差异比较有显著性(P<0.05);治疗前两组的E_2、FSH、LH、P水平无明显差异(P<0.05),治疗后,两组的E_2、FSH、LH、P水平均明显降低,且观察组降低幅度高于对照组,差异比较均有显著性(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的子宫内膜厚度无统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后,两组的子宫内膜厚度均降低,但观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫血宁胶囊联合补佳乐治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效显著,并且能够有效调控性激素水平,最终改善子宫内膜增生。Objectives:To investigate the effects of Gongxuening capsule combined with progynova on sex hormone levels and endometrial thickness in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:100 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated by progynova,and the observation group was treated by Gongxuening capsule combined with progynova.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes in sex hormone levels and endometrial thickness between before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(88%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of E 2,FSH,LH and P between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E 2,FSH,LH and P of the two groups were significantly lower,more significant in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were decreased,but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gongxuening capsule combined with progynova in the treatment of adolescent function uterine bleeding disorder has significant clinical curative effect,which can effectively improve sex hormone levels and endometrial hyperplasia
