摘　　要：目的:探讨CO_2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸制剂(ALA-PDT)治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的临床研究。方法:选自我院于2015年1月至2016年12月期间收治的尿道内尖锐湿疣患者84例,均为男性。按照随机表法分为观察组42例与对照组42例。对照组采用CO_2激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合ALAPDT治疗。观察两组患者治疗疗效、总满意率及治疗前和治疗后3个月外周T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果:观察组治愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组总满意率(95.24%)高于对照组(76.19%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+增加(观察组t=17.7073、13.2775、9.0742,对照组t=9.0845、6.9788、4.6871,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组(t=7.2674、6.4398、4.4510,P<0.05)。结论:CO_2激光联合ALA-PDT治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的临床效果明显,可降低复发,且可明显改善患者细胞免疫功能,具有重要研究意义。Objectives:To investigate the clinical efficacy of CO2 laser combined with 5-amino acid(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of urethral condyloma acuminatum.Methods:84 patients with condyloma acuminatum in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected.According to the random table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO2 laser,while the observation group was treated CO 2 laser combined with ALA-PDT.The curative effect and total satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed,and the changes in peripheral T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were observed.Results:The cure rate of observation group was higher than that of control group and the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction rate of observation group(95.24%)was higher than that of control group(76.19%)(P<0.05);CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels of the two groups after treatment were increased(observation group t=17.7073,13.2775,9.0742,and the control group t=9.0845,6.9788,4.6871,P<0.05);CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in observation group after treatment were higher than these of control group(t=7.2674,6.4398,4.6871,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of CO 2 laser combined with ALA-PDT in the treatment of urethral condyloma acuminatum is remarkable,which can reduce the recurrence and improve the cellular immune function.
