前列清瘀汤配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前列清瘀汤配合中药保留灌肠治疗湿热夹瘀型慢性前列腺炎临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的64例慢性前列腺炎患者给予前列清瘀汤口服,并配合中药保留灌肠,4周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果:64例患者治疗后痊愈19例、显效26例、有效11例、无效4例、脱落4例,总有效率为87.50%。第1个疗程结束后自身前后对照,中医症候改善、临床疗效、前列腺炎症状指数NIH-CPSI评分、EPS镜检WBC计数方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2个疗程结束后差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:前列清瘀汤配合中药保留灌肠对慢性前列腺炎具有较好疗效。Objectives:To observe the effect of Qianlieqingyu soup combined with Chinese medicine retention enema treatment on chronic prostatitis.Methods:64 chronic prostatitis patients were selected and received Qianlieqingyu soup combined with Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,4 weeks for a course.They were treated for two courses continuously.Results:Among the 64 patients,there were 19 cases of recovery,26 cases of markedly effective,11 cases of effective,4 cases of invalid and 4 cases of fall off.The total effective rate was 87.50%.After the first course,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical curative effect,prostate gland inflammation index-CPSI NIH scoring,microscopic examination of the EPS and WBC count before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).After the second course,all the differences were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qianlieqingyu soup combined with Chinese medicine retention enema treatment has a good curative effect on chronic prostatitis.
