摘　　要：中医诊断是判断疾病和治疗疾病的前提。而望诊作为四诊之首,是医生通过自己的眼睛获得的关于病人的第一手资料,是中医辨证论治中不可缺少的一环。李海松教授认为,部分男科疾病的临床表现存在一定特点,常可以通过望诊获得病人的重要信息。笔者师从李海松教授学习,试将李教授临证中对于望诊的运用进行总结,以供同道交流学习。Observation,Smell,Inquiry and Palpation are four diagnostic prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)that are diagnosis and treatment based.As the first diagnosis of four clinics,doctors get the patient's first-hand information through their own eyes.TCM syndrome differentiation is an indispensable part.Professor Li Haisong considers that part of the clinical manifestations of male disease has a certain characteristic.By observation,the patient's important information can be obtained.The author studied under the tutelage of Professor Li and tried to sum up the clinical experience of Professor Li in the use of observation.
