子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者性生活心理状态及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:研究与观察子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者性生活心理状态及其影响因素。方法:选取2013年1月至2016年10月期间本院收治的156例子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者为观察组,156名健康同龄者为对照组,将两组患者采用SCL-90量表进行性心理状态的评估,然后比较对照组和观察组、观察组中不同年龄、不孕病程、生育史、文化程度、疾病认知度、社会支持程度及自我效能感者的评估结果进行比较,并采用Logistic回归分析处理上述研究因素与此类患者性生活心理状态的关系。结果:观察组的SCL-90量表评分高于对照组,不同年龄、不孕病程、生育史、文化程度、疾病认知度、社会支持程度及自我效能感者的SCL-90量表评分存在明显差异,且Logistic回归分析显示,上述因素均是子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者性生活心理状态的重要影响因素,P均<0.05。结论:子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者性生活心理状态较差,年龄、不孕病程、生育史、文化程度、疾病认知度、社会支持程度及自我效能感均是其影响因素,应根据上述因素进行干预。Objectives:To study and observe the psychological state of sexual life of patients with endometriosis infertility and its influencing factors.Methods:156 patients with endometriosis infertility in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the observation group.Another 156 healthy persons were selected as the control group.The two groups were evaluated with SCL-90 scale,and the evaluation results of control group and observation group,observation group with different ages,infertility duration,childbearing history,education degree,disease awareness,social support degree and self-efficacy were compared.The relationship between those study factors and psychological state of sexual life of these patients were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis.Results:The SCL-90 scale of observation group were higher than those of control group.The SCL-90 scale between observation group with different ages,infertility duration,childbearing history,education degree,disease awareness,social support degree and self-efficacy had significant differences.The Logistic regression analysis showed that those factors were all the important influencing factors of psychological state of sexual life of patients with endometriosis infertility,all P<0.05.Conclusion:The psychological state of sexual life of patients with endometriosis infertility is poor,and ages,infertility duration,childbearing history,education degree,disease awareness,social support degree and self-efficacy are all influencing factors,which should be paid attention to intervention.
