摘　　要：随着民航事业的快速发展,关于民航的节能减排受到越来越多人的重视。文章介绍了国内民航节能减排的部分指标,给出了量化测算软件的功能需求分析和测算软件的流程实现框图,最终可以为空管部门节能减排的量化做出贡献。With the rapid development of civil aviation,more and more people pay attention to the energy saving and emission reduction of civil aviation.This paper introduces some targets of domestic civil aviation energy saving and emission reduction,and gives the function demand analysis of the quantitative calculation software and the flow chart of the calculation software,which can contribute to the quantification of energy saving and emission reduction in the air traffic control department.
