穿孔内折缺陷的探讨

摘　　要：内折缺陷是无缝钢管生产过程中最为常见的一种缺陷。而且是国家标准明文规定不允许存在的缺陷之一。一旦管材中存在此类缺陷,该钢管将直接报废,对生产企业来说是一种严重的经济损失。文章结合我司生产过程中产生的内折缺陷进行分析及采用的预防措施进行探讨。Inner fold defect is one of the most common defects in seamless steel tube production.And it is one of the defects that is not allowed in the national standard.Once there are such defects in the pipe,the steel pipe will be scrapped directly,which is a serious economic loss for the production enterprises.Based on the analysis of the inner fold defects in the production process of our company,the paper discusses the preventive measures adopted.
