缅甸布料机控制系统架构介绍与优化

摘　　要：缅甸莱比塘铜矿布料机采用德国先进技术,系统采用西门子S7300PLC,现场设备采用DP总线结构连接,PLC之间通讯采用DP/DP coupler耦合器实现系统间的网络相互独立,远距离通讯的采用菲利克斯SHDSL调制解调器将Profibus DP信号转成稳定传输距离远的SHDSL信号,总体布料系统建模通过GPS定位实现X轴Y轴的精确定位布料控制,在不断优化和完善系统运行越来越稳定。The advanced German technology is used in the distributing machine of Letpadaung Copper Mine in Myanmar,and the Siemens S7300PLC is used in the system.The communication between the systems is realized by using the DP bus structure and the DP/DPcoupler to realize the network independence between the systems.The Felix SHDSL modem is used to transform the ProfibusDP signal into a SHDSL signal with a long transmission distance.The modeling of the overall distribution system realizes the accurate positioning and distribution control of the X-axis and Y-axis by GPS positioning,so as to become more and more stable in the continuous optimization and improvement of the system.
