U型水封在转炉一次烟气干法净化回收系统工程中的应用

摘　　要：随着转炉一次烟气干法净化回收系统在中国国内的广泛应用,促进了该系统技术国产化的研究步伐,使其快速全面、成熟发展,其研究成果已成功应用于包括冶金、有色等行业的相关烟气净化回收处理系统中。中国重型院从90年代初开始致力于转炉一次烟气干法净化回收系统的研究和开发。文章对传统净煤气切断方式进行分析的基础上,针对U型水封的构造进行了详细研究,并重点介绍了U型水封在干法系统中的应用情况,采用U型水封替代电动蝶阀,配合眼镜阀在转炉煤气一次除尘湿改干系统中的应用,原理简单、操作便捷,极大提高了系统安全性和稳定性。With the wide application of the converter primary flue gas dry purification and recovery system in China,it has promoted the domestic research of the system technology and made it develop rapidly,comprehensively and maturely.The research results have been successfully applied to the relevant flue gas purification and recovery system including metallurgical,non-ferrous metals and other industries.Since the 90s,China Heavy Machinery Research Institute has been devoting itself to the research and development of a dry flue gas purification and recovery system for converter.Based on the analysis of the traditional cut off mode of clean gas,the structure of U-shaped water seal is studied in detail,and the application of U-shaped water seal in dry process system is introduced,and the U-shaped water seal is used to replace the electric butterfly valve.The application of eyeglass valve in converter gas primary dedusting and drying system is simple in principle,convenient in operation,and greatly improves the safety and stability of the system.
