高强汽车钢板坯中心偏析研究

摘　　要：介绍了河钢唐钢不锈钢公司1#连铸机主要性能参数,分析了铸坯中心偏析的成因,提出了连铸动态轻压下技术可以减轻甚至消除铸坯中心偏析和疏松。并通过9组试验确定了动态轻压下工艺最佳参数:总压下量5 mm,压下区间0.3~0.9。应用到实际生产中后,有效解决了1#连铸机生产高强汽车钢板坯时的中心偏析问题,为公司品种结构升级奠定了基础。This paper introduces the main performance parameters of 1#continuous caster in Tangshan Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.,analyzes the causes of centerline segregation,proposes the dynamic soft reduction technology can reduce or even eliminate the centerline segregation.The optimum process parameters under dynamic soft reduction are determined by 9 groups of tests:the overall reduction is 5mm,and the reduction range is 0.3~0.9.After being applied to the actual production,the central segregation of 1#continuous caster for high-strength automobile steel billet is effectively solved,which lays the foundation for products structure upgrading.
