摘　　要：以大变形弹塑性有限元方法为基础,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模块对Z275SS50镀锌板冷弯过程进行了有限元数值模拟,分析了在弯曲成型过程中变形区的金属流动情况、变形区金属的受力情况和变形分布情况,并对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明:建立的冷弯成型有限元模型是基本合理的,可以使用该模型模拟冷弯成型的变形过程。Based on the large deformation elastic-plastic finite element method,an ANSYS/LS-DYNA module was used to simulate the dynamic finite element simulation of Z275SS50 galvanized sheet.It analyzed the metal flow conditions and the metal stress distribution and deformation distribution at the deformation area during the process of roll forming,and the simulation results were verified.The results showed that the cold bending forming finite element model is reasonable,which can be used to simulate the deformation process of cold-roll forming.
