摘　　要：河钢承钢线材事业部120 t炼钢系统采用BOF-LF-CC工艺流程。通过转炉双渣脱磷,出钢前期电石预脱氧合金化,LF炉白渣操作以及Al、Ti、B、N的精确控制,连铸全程密封保护浇铸;轧钢严格执行控轧控冷工艺,生产的高强含硼冷镦盘条金相组织主要为铁素体+珠光体,1/4冷顶锻试验合格率为98.6%,满足了客户要求。120 t steel-making system of HBIS Chengsteel wire rod department adopts technical process of BOF-LF-CC.The metallographic structure of high strength cold heading wire rod bearing boron is ferrite and pearlite,through the measures of double slag dephosphorization in converter,pre-deoxidization alloying of calcium carbide at the early stage of tapping,LF furnace white slag operation,accurate control of Al,Ti,B and N,sealed casting of whole continuous casting,and strict TMCP.The qualification rate of 1/4 cold forging test is 98.6%,which meets the requirements of the customers.
