摘　　要：唐钢冷轧薄板厂酸洗生产线地下车间内活套转向辊的更换,受现场条件所限,无法实现天车直接吊装。针对吊装作业过程繁琐,工作效率低,占用操作工人数多,吊装倒运作业危险系数高等不足,设计了一套快速倒运装置,该装置结构简单、使用方便。倒运过程中减少了吊装设施的数量,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,同时减少了劳动安全危险性,提高了作业效率。Due to site conditions,the looper deflector roll of pickling line underground workshop of Tangsteel can not be replaced by the crane hoisting directly.Aiming at the complicated process,low work efficiency,many operation workers for hoisting,high risk coefficient for inverted hoisting,a fast transfer device is designed with the advantages of simple structure and convenient use.The new device reduces the number of hoisting transportation facilities,reduces the labor intensity of operators,decreases labor safety,and improves working efficiency.
