摘　　要：介绍了河钢宣钢炼铁系统产能、装备及能耗情况。钢企要发展,提质降耗是关键。通过精益管理、装备升级、先进节能技术利用和余热回收等措施,提高了能源利用水平,为宣钢的持续发展奠定了基础。This paper introduces the capacity,equipment and energy consumption of Xuansteel iron-making system.The development key for steel enterprises is to improve the quality and reduce the consumption.Through measures of the lean management,equipment upgrades,advanced energy-saving technology and waste heat recycling,the level of energy utilization is improved,which laid the foundation for Xuansteel sustainable development
