剖宫产术式对再次妇科手术的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产术式对再次妇科手术的影响。方法选取我院在2013年4月~2015年4月期间收治的行剖宫产术孕妇140例为本次研究对象,根据剖宫产术式的不同分成两组,研究组和对照组,研究组给予改良新式剖宫产,对照组给予子宫下段剖宫产,分析两组患者的手术耗时、腹腔粘连、术中排气时间、术中出血量以及并发生情况,并进行对比。结果研究组患者的术中排气时间、术中出血量以及手术耗时均低于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的腹腔粘连发生率和并发症发生率分别为:2.9%、4.3%,对照组患者的腹腔粘连发生率和并发症发生率分别为:12.9%、17.1%,研究组患者的腹腔粘连发生率和并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于行再次妇科手术的患者而言,选用改良新式剖宫产,对再次妇科手术的影响较小,应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of cesarean section on re-operation of gynecology.Methods A total of 140 cases of pregnant women received cesarean section in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were recruited as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups including study group and control group by the type of cesarean section.Patients in the study group underwent new-type modified cesarean section,while patients in the control group were performed cesarean section in the lower part of the uterus.The operation time,peritoneal adhesions,intraoperative exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The time of intraoperative exhaust,intraoperative blood loss and operation time were lower in the study group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of peritoneal adhesions and the incidence of complications were 2.9%and 4.3%in the study group,respectively;The incidence of peritoneal adhesions and complication were 12.9%and 17.1%in the control group,respectively.The incidence of peritoneal adhesions and the incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the re-operation of gynecological patients,the employment of new modified cesarean section has minor impact on the gynecological re-surgery,which proves the high clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
