复方小儿退热栓治疗小儿高热惊厥疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探讨给予高热惊厥患儿复方小儿退热栓治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选取2014年1月~2016年2月在我院就诊的高热惊厥患儿90例,将其随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用复方小儿退热栓,对比分析两组的疗效及安全性。结果观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为4.4%,与对照组的6.7%对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论给予高热惊厥患儿复方小儿退热栓治疗的效果显著,可明显减少惊厥的发生次数,快速退热,缩短康复时间,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound antipyretic suppository for children with high fever convulsion.Methods 90 children with febrile convulsion were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound children’s antipyretic suppository on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effect in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 4.4%,which was compared with 6.7%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of compound antipyretic suppository for children with high fever convulsion is remarkable.It is safe and it can reduce the frequency of convulsion,rapidly reduce fever,and shorten the recovery time.
