摘  要:目的分析全程系统化护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的疗效、临床症状及不良反应影响。方法择本院2016年6月~2017年6月收治的117例喘息型肺炎小儿患者资料,分对照组(58例),研究组(59例)。对照组58例行常规性护理,研究组59例为全程式系统化护理,分析2组疗效、临床症状及相应的不良反应。结果研究组在疗效中比对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组在哮鸣音、咳嗽及气喘的消失时间比对照组的时间短(P<0.05)。研究组在不良反应中比对照组出现率小(P<0.05)。结论全程系统化护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的疗效佳。Objective To analyze the effect of systemic nursing on the efficacy,clinical symptoms and adverse effects of oxygen-induced aerosol inhalation therapy in children with asthmatic pneumonia.Methods A total of 117 children with asthmatic pneumonia were enrolled in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017,and the patients were divided into control group(n=58)and study group(n=59).58 cases of routine care in the control group,the study group 59 cases of full-course systematic care,analysis of two groups of efficacy,clinical symptoms and the corresponding adverse reactions.(P<0.05).Results The time of disappearance of wheezing,cough and asthma was shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course systematic nursing is effective for oxygen induced aerosol inhalation therapy for children with wheezing.
