舒适护理联合疼痛护理在小儿卡介苗接种护理中对小儿依从性及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理联合疼痛护理在小儿卡介苗接种护理中对小儿依从性及不良反应的影响。方法择本院2016年6月~2017年6月接收的141例卡介苗接种小儿资料,分对照组(70例),研究组(71例),对照组70例为常规护理,研究组71例为舒适护理与疼痛护理联合护理,分析两组依从性与不良发应。结果研究组依从率97.18%(69/71)比对照组72.86%(51/70)更高(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应出现率2.82%(2/71)比对照组15.71%(11/70)更低(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理及疼痛护理在小儿卡介苗接种联合护理中,可提升优良率,降低不良反应出现率。Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing combined with pain nursing on children's compliance and adverse reactions in BCG vaccination.Methods A total of 141 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=70),study group(n=71)and control group(n=70)were treated with routine nursing.The study group(n=71)for the combination of comfort care and pain care,analysis of the two groups of compliance and poor hair should be.Results The prevalence rate of the study group was 97.18%(69/71)higher than that of the control group(72.86%(51/70))(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.82%(2/71)(11/70)lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing and pain care can improve the rate of good and low,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in pediatric BCG vaccination.
