摘　　要：交趾太守士燮在东汉末年时,先后依附曹操、刘表、孙权三股势力。对于这种行为,赞赏者有之,厌恶者亦有之,且各有依据。通过对士燮决策背景及操作手段的详细分析,可以看出这是一种高明的外交策略,士燮先后依附曹操、刘表、孙权之举,并不是基于道德的考量,纯粹是为了更好地维护家族利益。其依附并非无条件的屈从,而是既有合作又有斗争,在承认强者权威的同时,于核心利益上毫不退让。这一策略是如此的成功,士家在士燮在世时期臻于极盛,且不可撼动。In the late Eastern Han Dynasty,cochin prefecture Shi Xie depends on Cao Cao,Liu Biao,Sun Quan one after another.Some admire this behavior and others on the contrary and the reasons are different.Through the analysis of background and measures,it is hold that this behavior is a skillful foreign policy.It is a behavior for maintaining a family’s interest preferably,instead of morality.The auxiliary is not a kind of compliance at discretion,it includes cooperation and conflict:acknowledge of authority of powerhouse,meantime few conceding as for core benefits.The means was very successful,and the Shi clan became very strong and unshakable when Shi Xie was alive.
