摘 要:为研究射弹弹裙结构参数对挤压阻力的影响,建立了锥膛炮的身管及射弹耦合模型。分析了弹裙受到的阻力及弹后空间变化的火药气体压力分布情况,将此作为力载荷作用于模型。塑性材料选用广泛采用的Johnson-Cook本构模型,采用有限元软件ABAQUS的动态显式算法进行求解,将仿真结果与内弹道编程计算出的位移、速度结果进行对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性。探究了不同弹裙锥角、不同弹裙尾部宽度和两者同时变化对挤压变形阻力的影响。结果表明,不同弹裙结构参数对挤压阻力有较大影响,最大挤压阻力与弹裙总长有关。The coupling models of tapered-bore gun tube and projectile were set up to study the influence of the structural parameters of the projectile skirts on the pressing resistance.An analysis was made of the resistance of the projectile skirts and the pressure distribution of gunpowder gas owing to the space change after the projectile was launched.And this was regarded as the force load acting on the model.The broadly adopted Johnson-Cook constitutive model was chosen for the plastic materials.The dynamics display algorithm of software ABAQUS was used to solve the problem.A comparison was made of the simulation results,the results of displacement and velocity calculated through the internal ballistic programming,which verified the correctness of the simulation model.A study was made of the influence of different taper angles and different tail width of the projectile skirts as well as both simultaneous changes on the pressing resistance.The results show that different structural parameters of the projectile skirts have a great influence on the pressing resistance,and that maximum pressing resistance is related to the total length of projectile skirts.
