摘 要:针对传统的数控系统稳定性低、插补效果差、成本昂贵等不足,用ARM芯片作为主控制器,用FPGA作为运动控制器,提出了一种ARM+FPGA双核心控制系统架构的高开放性数控系统,并给出了硬件系统组成框图,进行了ARM芯片与FPGA的通信接口设计,分析了系统的软件架构,用VHDL编程在FPGA上实现了数字插补、加减速等运动控制关键模块﹒实验与研究表明,本系统具有成本低、开放性高、插补能力强和可移植性好等优点﹒In view of low stability the poor interpolation effect and high cost of traditional numerical control system,the ARM chip is taken as the main controller and the FPGA is used as the motion controller.A high open CNC system architecture of ARM+FPGA dual core control system is proposed.The block diagram of hardware system is presented.The design of the communication interface between ARM chip and FPGA is carried out.The software architecture of the system is analyzed.The key modules of motion control such as digital interpolation,acceleration and deceleration are implemented on FPGA by VHDL programming.The experiments and studies show that the system is of the advantages of low cost,high openness,strong interpolation ability and portability.
