摘　　要：当前我国劳动与社会保障事业蓬勃发展,培养适应现实发展需要的社会保障专业人才成为时代的要求。根据社会保障事业发展的现实需要以及高校实际情况,进行学科综合改革成为当下热点。目前在劳动与社会保障学科发展过程中,很多问题逐渐显现,学科建设特色不够突出、课程设置培养体系较为单一、缺乏对于实践创新能力的培养,而且考核方式过于单一。因此,应该创新教学理念、准确定位并强化学科特色、丰富劳动与社会保障培养课程体系、创新教学方法并强化考试改革,完善教学质量监控体系动态调整机制,以促进劳动与社会保障的学科发展。At present,the development of labor and social security in China is flourishing,and the training of social security professionals to meet the needs of reality has become the requirement of the times.According to the actual needs of the development of social security and the actual situation of colleges and universities,the comprehensive reform of the subject has become a hot spot.At present,in the course of the development of the discipline of labor and social security,many problems have gradually emerged.The characteristics of the discipline construction are not outstanding,the training system of the curriculum is relatively simple,and the training of the ability of practice innovation is lack,and the evaluation method is too single.Therefore,should be accurate positioning of innovative teaching ideas,teaching methods and strengthen discipline characteristics,abundant labor and social security system,and strengthen the innovation training course examination reform,improve the teaching quality monitoring system of dynamic adjustment mechanism,to promote labor and social security subject development.
