摘 要:目的:通过调查医院和法院新生儿医患纠纷案例,分析引发医患纠纷原因、纠纷解决方式及赔偿情况。方法:对医院和法院发放医患纠纷诉讼案例调查表进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:医院的调查案例中,最终以院内调解解决新生儿医患纠纷的占全部案例数的60%,以法院诉讼解决新生儿医患纠纷的占33.33%,到医疗纠纷调解委员会解决新生儿医患纠纷的占6.67%。结论:调查案例中,以院内调解方法解决的居多。导致纠纷的原因中,由于技术水平不高,处置操作不当,对诊疗结果不满意的原因引起纠纷的数量最多。Objectives:To analyze causes,settlement and compensation of hospital-patient dispute of newborn by investigating cases from hospitals and courts.Methods:Hospitals and courts were selected to have a questionnaires about newborn medical dispute lawsuit and data were analyzed.Results:In the cases of investigation,60%of the disputes are solved by internal mediation,33.33%of those solved by lawsuit and 6.67%by medical mediation commission.Conclusions:Internal mediation is most used in newborn medical dispute.The first 3 causes of newborn medical dispute are technical problem,operation error and dissatisfaction with medical care.
