摘　　要：目的:通过对北京市某区2所三级中医医院进行中医药社会信任问卷调查,以患者视角了解医患信任现状及存在问题,并提出对策。方法:运用文献研究、问卷调查和统计分析方法,获得研究结果与结论。结果:被调查患者一般人口学特征明显;选择就诊医院最主要原因是医保定点,报销方便;中医药社会信任符合程度评价状况良好;医疗设备总体信任与医疗机构总体信任相关程度最高。结论:政府、医疗机构、医务人员应以患者为中心,贯彻落实公立医院综合改革,弘扬中医药文化特色,提升患者就医体验认可及好感,为中医药社会信任体系建设提供有力保障。Objectives:To investigate the current situation and existing problems of doctor-patient trust from the perspective of patients,and put forward countermeasures through the questionnaire survey of social trust of traditional Chinese medicine in two tertiary TCM hospitals in Beijing.Methods:Literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used to obtain the research results and conclusions.Results:The general demographic characteristics of patients chosen are significant.The main reason on choosing TCM is medical insurance co reimbursement and convenience.Chinese medicine conforms to the social trust degree evaluation of medical equipment in good condition.The overall trust and general trust of medical institutions related to the highest degree.Conclusions:the government,medical institutions,medical staff should be taking patient as the center,implementing the comprehensive reform of public hospitals,promoting the traditional Chinese medicine culture,enhancing the medical treatment of patients experience recognition and goodwill to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of social trust system of traditional Chinese medicine.
