摘  要:本研究运用一次性力竭运动和ABC免疫组织化学方法对大鼠前庭内侧核NOS阳性神经元的表达情况进行分析,并探讨运动性疲劳产生的机制。结果表明:力竭运动后即刻组的大鼠前庭核阳性神经元表达相比于对照组、运动后30min组和运动后4h组下降最低。说明在运动后即刻时,疲劳程度最深,运动后4h时大鼠前庭核阳性神经元表达仍比对照组少,在运动后4h时大鼠并未从疲劳中恢复。In this study,the expression of NOS positive neurons in the medial vestibular nucleus of rats is analyzed by exhaustive exercise and ABC immunohistochemical method,and the mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue is also explored.The results show that the expression of vestibular nucleus positive neurons in the immediate group after exhaustive exercise is lower than that in the control group,the 30min group after exercise and the 4H group after exercise.The results also show that the degree of fatigue is the deepest after the exercise,and the positive neurons in the vestibular nucleus of rats are less than those in the control group at 4h after exercise,and the rats do not recover from fatigue after 4h.
