表演性健美操及舞蹈啦啦操的类同性研究

摘　　要：近年来表演性健美操与舞蹈啦啦操发展迅速。两者在青少年中被广泛接纳和喜爱,同时走进不少中小学及大学的课堂。因此,为了使课堂教学和两者进行更好的结合,研究两者的相似性十分重要。本文通过对这两个项目的类同性进行研究后发现:两者在身体素质、身体语汇、表现力、审美价值、社会价值及其健身价值等方面有着相似之处。正确把握和认识表演性健美操与舞蹈啦啦操之间的关系,突出其项目特点,不仅对启示这两项运动的教育工作者有着重要作用,而且对推动我国啦啦操与健美操事业的蓬勃发展意义重大。In recent years,performing aerobics and cheerleading is developing very fast.They are accepted and loved among teenagers and entered into many school and college classrooms.Thus,it is of great importance to study their similarities for the better combination of classroom teaching and these two sports.Results show that their similarity lies in physical fitness,body vocabulary,expression,aesthetic value,social value,exercise value and so on.Correct recognition and handle on their relationship is not only of great importance for the educators,but also for promoting the development of there 2 sports in China.
