摘　　要：文章以工程制造行业为例,以企业核心ERP系统等系统数据为基础,通过信息技术构建一套智能供应链管理平台,实现采购业务的高度协同,物流信息的在线查询和可视化管理,打造更加高效的物流采购体系。平台为企业实现定制化的供应、资源的智能配置和动态供应提供了保障,有效推进了企业商业模式由B2C向C2B的快速转变。In this paper,taking the engineering manufacturing industry as an example,based on enterprise core ERP system and other system data,we build a set of intelligent supply chain management platform by information technology to achieve a high degree of procurement business collaboration,logistics information online query and visual management and create a more efficient logistics procurement system.Platform can achieve customized supply for enterprises to achieve the intelligent allocation of resources and dynamic supply and effectively promote the rapid change of the business model from B2C to C2B.
