大学生村官创业接续性问题研究

摘　　要：大学生村官在开展创业富民实践中,从国家制度设计层面、社会需求层面、个人价值实现层面都起到了积极的推动作用,但受个人择业、家庭期盼、体制制约等因素的影响,大学生村官的职业稳定性不强,大学生村官离岗后,其在岗期间的创业项目如何有效承接,如何继续保障农民收益、发挥项目富民效应,是一个值得思考的问题。从大学生村官创业项目接续的必要性、大学生村官创业项目接续过程中存在的问题、大学生村官创业项目接续性策略探索等三方面展开论述。In the practice of entrepreneurship and enriching the people,college-graduates village officials play a positive role in promoting the national system design level,social needs level and personal value realization level.However,influenced by individual job selection,family expectation and institutional constraints and other factors,the stability of college-graduates village officials’occupation is not strong.After their leaving,how to effectively undertake their entrepreneurial projects,how to protect the income of peasants,give full play to the enriching effect of the project,is a problem worth considering.In the paper,three aspects are discussed from the following aspects:the necessity of college-graduates village officials’entrepreneurship project continuity,the problems existing in the entrepreneurship process,and the continuity strategy exploration of the entrepreneurship project.
