摘　　要：目的:检测PROX1在原发性胃癌中的表达,探讨其与病理分级与临床分期的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法检测70例胃癌组织中PROX1表达水平,分析其与病理分级及临床分期之间的关系。结果:胃癌及正常组织中均有PROX1表达,但胃癌组织中的表达含量明显高于正常组织的表达含量,且与病理分级及临床分期有关。依据病理分级,PROX1表达水平由高到低分别为Ⅲ级>Ⅱ级>Ⅰ级,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);依据临床分期,PROX1表达水平由高到低分别为Ⅳ期>Ⅲ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅰ期,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别患者PROX1表达水平无统计学差异(P=0.40)。结论:PROX1在胃癌组织存在高表达,且与其病理分级及临床分期有关。Objective:To detect expression of PROX1,and investigate its significance in Gastric cancer.Methods:70 patients with gastric cancer entered this study.Immunohistochemistry(SABC assay)and image analysis was used to semiquantitatively detect the expression of PROX1 protein.Results:Positive expression rate of PROX1 was higher in gastric cancer than in normal.As cancer pathologic and clinical grading advanced,expression of PROX1 increased with statistical deviation(P<0.05).PROX1 expression level showed no statistical deviation between male and female(P=0.40).Conclusion:PROX1 is overexpressed in gastric cancer and is relation with cancer pathologic and clinical grading advanced.
