李逊肾镜经电切镜鞘入路在膀胱结石碎石术中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良后等离子电切镜鞘联合钬激光治疗膀胱结石的疗效。方法:采用李逊镜经OLYMPUS等离子电切镜外鞘入路联合钬激光,对28例膀胱结石患者进行腔内微创碎石治疗。结果:所有患者均为一次性碎石手术,清石率100%。术后所有患者定期影像学检查随访6月,无膀胱结石复发病例。术中碎石时间2~32min,术中无明显出血、膀胱穿孔及电切综合征等并发症发生。结论:李逊肾镜经等离子电切镜外鞘入路联合钬激光治疗膀胱结石具有简单、安全、高效等优点。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified plasma resectoscope sheath combined with holmium laser for the treatment of bladder calculi.Methods:Observed the efficacy about the minimally invasive operation on 28 cases of bladder calculi by Li Xun nephroscope combined with holmium laser through OLYMPUS plasma sheath.Results:all patients were one-time surgery.All patients followed up in 6 months regularly,stone clearance rate 100%.after operation,no recurrence of bladder calculi cases.Intraoperative time 2~32min.with no obvious bleeding,bladder perforation,transurethral resection syndrome and other complications.Conclusion:For treatment of bladder calculi,Li Xun nephroscope combined with holmium laser through the plasma sheath has the advantages of simplicity,safety,high efficiency.
